Terms of engagement

These terms govern work commissioned from Config Flowcore Analytics, of Level 8, 52 Gorgasali Street, Tbilisi 0105, email info@config-flowcore.digital, telephone +995 32 555 4140. By sending records, paying a deposit, or attending a sitting, you accept them.

The work

We read configuration records and usage logs you supply, draw chart plates, write short commentaries, and sit with you to walk those plates. We do not change your configuration, fill missing days, or sell access to a live picture of your records. The written estimate names the family, the window, the number of plates, and whether the sitting is in our rooms or by posted pack and call.

Acceptance and queue

A first look at a sample is not a booking. A booking exists when you accept the estimate in writing and, where a deposit is required, when that deposit arrives. We may refuse work whose source we cannot see, or whose purpose is to invent a cause we cannot draw.

Your records

You confirm that you may send us the records. You remain responsible for any duty of confidentiality you owe to other people. We keep copies only for the retention named in the estimate or in our privacy notice, then destroy them.

Intellectual property

The original records stay yours. The plates, margin notes, and two-page configuration notes are ours until the invoice is paid in full; after payment, you may use them inside your organisation, including copies for a meeting. You may not present the plates as someone else’s drawing, and we may keep unnamed copies for our archive only with your written agreement.

Liability

We are careful with gaps and with titles. We are not responsible for decisions you take after a sitting, for meetings we do not attend, or for counts that were wrong in the source. Our liability for a given booking is limited to the fee paid for that booking, except where Georgian law forbids such a limit (including death or personal injury caused by our negligence, and other liability that cannot be excluded).

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Georgia. The courts of Tbilisi have jurisdiction, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights you may have.

Changes

If we change these terms, the version that applied on the date of your estimate remains the version for that booking. Later bookings use the terms then published at this address.
