Recurring usage notes exist for people who have already sat through a first usage-trend briefing and do not want the next three months to vanish into a drawer. Each month you send the new records for the same configuration family. Giorgi draws one plate. Nino writes a letter of a few paragraphs: what moved, what stayed still, which days were left blank.

The retainer starts only after an opening briefing. We will not draw a monthly plate from a family we have never read. You may pause for a month by writing before the first working day; a pause does not cancel the opening pack.

Plates are ready by the twelfth working day of the following month if your records arrived by the third. Late records shift the plate, they do not pile two months onto one sheet. Collection is at Level 8, 52 Gorgasali Street, or we post inside Georgia.

This is not a watchman service and not a promise that we will telephone you when a count jumps. The letter arrives with the plate. If a jump needs a full briefing, we will say so in the letter and wait for you to ask.
