Refunds, deposits, and missed sittings
This notice covers money paid to Config Flowcore Analytics for usage-trend briefings, configuration readings, recurring usage notes, and single-plate commissions. We do not sell goods by post, subscriptions to a live screen, or tickets. For refund requests write to info@config-flowcore.digital or telephone +995 32 555 4140, quoting the estimate number.
Eligibility
A refund is due when we cancel a booking we cannot perform, when a first look has been charged in error (our first look is ordinarily free when the answer is no), or when you cancel inside the windows below. A refund is not due because you later dislike a gap we marked, or because a meeting we did not attend went badly.
Timeframe
Ask within fourteen days of the sitting date, the collection date, or the date you cancelled, whichever is earlier. Older requests are considered only where Georgian law requires it.
Full and partial refunds
- Before drawing starts (no plate inked, no sitting held): the deposit and any fee already paid are returned in full, minus a 40 GEL logging charge if we had already opened and listed your records.
- After drawing has started, before the sitting: materials and hours already spent are kept; the rest of the fee is returned. The estimate will have named that split if asked.
- After the sitting or after collection of plates: no refund of the fee for work delivered. If a plate misread a column, we redraw that plate at our cost instead of returning money.
Non-refundable items
The logging charge after records have been opened. Travel already bought for an on-premises visit inside Tbilisi. Paper stock cut for your pack once cutting has begun. A month of recurring notes already drawn.
Process and timing
Write to the email above. Elene confirms what was paid and what work had started. Approved refunds leave our account within ten working days. They return by the same method as the original payment where that method still works; otherwise by bank transfer to an account you name in Georgia.
Cancellation and rescheduling
You may move a sitting once, with three working days’ notice, at no charge. A second move, or notice shorter than three working days, keeps the original fee and may need a new slot in the queue. We may move a sitting if Nino or Giorgi is ill; you may then take a new date or a full refund of sums paid for that sitting.
Deposits
One third of a briefing estimate holds the drawing queue. If you withdraw before drawing starts, the deposit is treated under “Full and partial refunds” above. If you do not send the full records by the date in the estimate, we may treat the booking as cancelled after a written reminder of seven days.
No-shows
If you do not attend a sitting and do not telephone the same morning, the sitting fee is kept. The plates remain yours to collect for thirty days. Recurring notes are not a sitting; a no-show rule does not apply to the post.
Work already started and purchased materials
Ink, stock, and hours spent on plates already drawn are not returned. You still receive those plates. If we have not yet drawn, you do not pay for stock we did not cut.
Recurring notes
A month paid in advance and not yet drawn may be refunded if you write before the first working day of that month. After drawing has started for that month, that month’s fee is kept. Pausing is not a refund.
These rules follow the service we actually offer. They do not mention goods, courses, or live access we do not sell.
