Privacy notice
This notice describes how Config Flowcore Analytics of Level 8, 52 Gorgasali Street, Tbilisi 0105 (“we”) handles personal information. We are the controller for enquiries, bookings, sittings, and the records you choose to send. Email info@config-flowcore.digital or telephone +995 32 555 4140.
What we collect
From a contact note: name, email, the kind of work you asked for, optional remarks about your records, and the message. From a booking: billing name, payment references, sitting dates, and the configuration records or tables you supply. From the site: the cookie choice described in our cookie notice, and ordinary server logs (time, page, browser) kept for security of the pages.
We do not ask for identity documents, health information, or payment card numbers through the site. Payments, when they happen, are arranged off this site by invoice.
Why we hold it
We reply to notes, judge whether records will support plates, perform the booking, keep accounts, and defend legal claims. The legal bases under Georgian data-protection rules are the steps needed to answer you and to perform a contract, our legitimate interest in running a small reading table, and consent where you accept analytics cookies.
Retention
Enquiry notes that do not become a booking are kept for twelve months. Booking files, invoices, and copies of records are kept for the period named in the estimate (often ninety days after the sitting) and then destroyed, except accounts we must keep under Georgian bookkeeping rules (generally six years). Cookie choices stay in your browser until you clear them.
Who else sees it
Elene Mchedlidze, Nino Khetaguri, and Giorgi Tsereteli see what they need for logging, reading, and drawing. A postal service sees a name and address when we post a pack. We do not sell names. A host may process server logs in order to keep the pages available.
International transfers
If a host or postal route carries information outside Georgia, we do so only as needed to deliver the sitting or the pages, and we look for a lawful basis for that carrying. You may ask where your file actually sits.
Your rights
You may ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, object to some uses, withdraw cookie consent, and ask for erasure where the law allows. You may complain to the Personal Data Protection Service of Georgia. Write to us first; we answer within a month in ordinary cases.
Children
The table is for adult professional work. We do not knowingly take records from children.
