What a briefing costs
Prices below are starting figures in Georgian lari. A written estimate always precedes drawing. We do not take payment on this site.

What we need in order to quote
The kind of records, the length of the window, and whether you can come to Level 8, 52 Gorgasali Street, Tbilisi 0105. A sample of a few days is enough for a yes or no. A full extract is needed before the estimate becomes a booking.
Deposits and the queue
A briefing is held in the drawing queue by a deposit of one third of the estimate. Configuration readings and single plates are paid in full before the sitting or the drawing, unless the estimate says otherwise. Recurring notes are invoiced monthly in advance.
What is never in the figure
Changing anyone’s configuration. Filling missing days. Attending a meeting that is not the sitting we named. Translating a pack after it has been printed (ask before drawing). Rush work that would skip the gap-marking.
If the records will not support plates, you pay nothing beyond the time already spent on the first look, which we do not charge when the answer is no. If the answer is a request for a cleaner extract, that request is still free.
